Job Summary
The human resource manager is directly responsible for the coordination, overall administration, and evaluation of the human resource function.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Work with company CEO /or Company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws

  • Skilled in the art of multitasking
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and written
