Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Achieving (Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)targets of the Society's for the assigned region
  • Assigning the annual target to the sales representatives and motivating and supporting them to achieve it
  • Monitoring the team performance and giving periodic necessary feedback for performance improvement
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures required for taking decisions.
  • Preparing all relevant reports for taking business decisions including monthly review with the Reporting Manager
  • Keeping track of the target Vs. sales volume achieved on monthly basis
  • Being updated with current trends on the market data with respect to products and competitors
  • Provide training tothe sales staff as per requirement and as per business requirement
  • Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience in the Banking/ Finance Field
  • Should be Graduate/PG/ MBA
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Local Language preferred
  • Should be proficient in MS-Excel
  • Should ready to tour every assigned region
