Job Summary
The human resource manager is directly responsible for the coordination, overall administration, and evaluation of the human resource function.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with company CEO /or Company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role
- Skilled in the art of multitasking
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written
