Job Description Job Summary The human resource manager is directly responsible for the coordination, overall administration, and evaluation of the human resource function. Responsibilities and Duties Work with company CEO /or Company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees. Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws APPLY NOW
